DARRELL OAKLEY

Darrell Oakley is a graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, a BA Honours degree (Cum Laude) and an MA (Cum Laude). Prior to joining Qtab, Darrell worked as an Industrial/Organisational Psychologist for a Human Resource consultancy in South Africa. He has worked with numerous organisations both within South Africa and the United Kingdom, where he has consulted on all matters related to people in the workplace. Darrell has extensive experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of Human Resource systems and has contributed to diverse projects including the development of competency frameworks, performance management systems and recruitment and retention strategies.

Darrell has also been involved in coaching and advising managers to enhance staff motivation while driving improvements in performance and productivity. He has experience as a trainer and facilitator and has been involved in focus groups, teambuilding and organisational development initiatives.

Darrell has worked with etc consultancy limited since 2000.
